Use to add the same amount of padding either side (left and right) of an item. The default amount is 1 px (wpen:pixel).
Syntax
{{… |item}}
| Adds default 1 px padding either side of item. |
{{… |N_units |item}}
| Adds N_units padding either side of item, where N_units is a number followed by a display-related unit (em, px, pt, etc). For example, {{padlr|0.15em|Blah}}.
